Clarendon is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Information and Communication Technology Manager (ICT Manager) to lead our ICT Department. This role is central to ensuring the secure, efficient and innovative operation of ICT systems across the school. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ICT Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align technology with Clarendon's strategic direction.

The successful candidate will be a skilled leader and communicator, with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning. They will oversee infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing ICT team.
  • Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with school goals.
  • Manage ICT infrastructure, systems, service desk and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity and data protection measures.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI technologies and digital innovation.
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Support staff and students with technical expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, systems and applications.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive innovation.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to child safety and compliance with Child Safe Standards.
